In recent years CatholicCare has responded to the expressed needs of seniors within the community by developing Retirement Villas for Ageing Persons. CatholicCare manages two Retirement Villages under the Loan Licence Agreement.
The villas are located in Campbell and are close to shops, the post office, a medical centre and the Catholic Church. The site enjoys fine views to the south and west to Parliament House and the Brindabella's. Each villa is provided with a northerly orientation.
There is an internal access road, visitors' parking is available.

Short term support with domestic assistance, social support and transport is available through the CatholicCare “Seniors in Networked Communities” Program.
The St Vincent Villas are located behind the Parish Church, in Aranda. They are in close proximity to Calvary Hospital and Jamison Centre, providing shopping, transport, business and professional services that older people need to access.
The site abuts walking trails, ovals and open spaces, each Villa has a northerly orientation.
There is an internal access road, visitor parking is available and each villa has internal access from the garage.

Each Villa is insulated to a minimum of EER5. Villas are designed to the Australian accessible and adaptable standards.
